Villa Circe (Sardinia, Conca Verde)

Villa Circe, Conca Verde (Santa Teresa di Gallura)
MRO has done the restoration project and ordinary maintenance of the villa.
The operations that has been done are:
- electrical renovation
- plumbing renovation and new bathrooms
-new kitchen
-remaking of the terrace’s roof in chestnut and cane wood
-new furniture for the night area

Starting from the terrace facing the sea, with remaking of its roof, to bathrooms and the kitchen.
For the latter a masonry structure (kitchen’s furniture and shower) has been designed and constructed to recall the concept of a rustic house.

As for the finishing touches, porcelain stoneware tiles and greyscale mosaics has been used. Given the performance and utility of the material, mosaics has been used in the shower and the kitchen as well.
The intervention did not deprive the villa of its rustic nature which is typical of this architectural style, but added elements to improve the comfort in the above-mentioned areas.
