The project is based on the idea of having a single-family-building developed in four stories on a cliff.
The cornerstones of the project are exposed concrete on every wall, ceiling and window of the house.
Given the prominent location on the cliff, the house has a position of "hegemony" over the territory and the very idea of the project is that the house is intended as a watchtower, illuminated and clearly visible even from a distance.
The house has a living area on the ground floor and on the first floor, with a living room, dining room, billiard room, a study and a kitchen and the night area on the second and third floors, where we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each floor is connected by a spiral iron staircase.
The project has not been constructed.
