VillaColli, Bordighera

The aim of the project is giving a visual value to this property sale on the Ligurian coast. We worked on an impact image with a focus on LOCATION, POINT OF VIEW AND ARCHITECTURAL FORM.
The project involved modeling and rendering of the villa both in the living area and sleeping one.
The most important idea was to have a pool that represented a well-marked element in the composition of the exterior part. Surrounded by a window, it ensures a game of reflexes between the inside part and the outside one. Even for exposure, it allows a great brightness in the living area with sea view.
The idea was to have a day and night view from the pool towards the coast, giving the primary value to the house.
In the first design phase, we think about the choice of materials, the modeling and the rendering. We opted for concrete on the facade teak. We used the mosaic for the flooring and the pool. The bottom, edges and the brise soleil are vertical elements to scan the reality.
The villa is not yet in the construction phase.
